What makes a spray read as rainfall
Rainfall is a nozzle layout decision, not a mechanism. A rain head spreads the same flow across a much larger face, so each nozzle passes less water and the droplets leave slowly and fall close to vertical. That is the opposite of the micro-nozzle high pressure construction, where a small face and fine holes raise exit velocity. Both start from the same supply pressure, so a buyer choosing rainfall is choosing coverage and a soft feel, and giving up the sensation of force.
Because face area drives cost and weight, large rain heads are normally built as an ABS shell with either chrome plating or a thin 304 stainless face plate. ZHONGHE fits 304 stainless face plates on selected models and molds ABS bodies on 15 injection molding machines, which is the same construction route a large rain face would use.

The catalog fixed heads are compact, not large rain panels. ZH3303C is a chrome dome with a blue accent ring, a black rubber nozzle face and a side lever selector. ZH3304C-1 is bell shaped with grey rubber nozzles in concentric rings and a single spray pattern. ZH3308C is bell shaped with a green outer nozzle ring and a side lever. All three mount on a shower arm through a ball joint under a knurled chrome collar, so the aim is set by hand without tools.
These suit apartment, hotel and replacement programs where the shower arm and ceiling height were not designed around a 300 mm face. They are water tested for about 10 to 15 seconds per unit before packing, with leakage checks at 0.5MPa in selected processes.
Ordering a large rainfall head as an ODM project
If the program needs an 8, 10 or 12 inch round face or a square panel, treat it as a development project rather than a catalog pick. Send the target face size and shape, the face material (chrome-plated ABS or stainless), the flow target at a stated pressure, the arm thread for the destination market, and whether a handheld is bundled. The guide timings are about 15 days of appearance design, 15 days of structure design and 60 days of mold making; existing molds ship after about 30 days of production.
Say plainly in the RFQ whether the head must meet a regulated flow limit, because a large face at 2.5 gpm needs a different nozzle count and hole size from the same face at 1.8 gpm, and that decision is made before the mold is cut.
