ningboware.com is an information site about a factory. It exists so that a buyer can see what ZHONGHE makes, understand the manufacturing and quality routes available, and decide whether to start a conversation. No price is published on this site, and nothing published here is an offer capable of acceptance. Catalog pages, model pages, specification notes, and machine readable files such as ai/products.json describe products; they do not quote them.
A price becomes real only in a written quotation sent from [email protected] for a stated model, quantity, packaging, finish, incoterm, and validity period. Until that quotation exists and is confirmed in writing, no contract has been formed.

Every product shown on this site is a ZHONGHE product. The descriptive attributes on the model pages, including colour, finish, visible features, and product type, are derived from the catalog photographs rather than from a measured specification sheet. They are there to help a buyer find the right model, not to serve as a technical datasheet.
Dimensions, flow rates, materials, tolerances, certifications, and packaging details are confirmed per project, in writing, before production. Where this site says a figure is not published, that is deliberate: it is not published because it has not been confirmed for general use.
Photographs show representative samples. Colour reproduction varies by screen, and models are improved over time, so the sample approved for your project is the reference for your order rather than the photograph on the website.
Availability and changes
Models, categories, and capabilities described here can change without notice. A model shown on the site may be out of production, subject to a minimum order quantity, or unavailable for a particular market. Confirm availability by email before planning around it.
Trademarks and content
ZHONGHE is the trading name used by Cixi Zhonghe Sanitary Appliance Factory. The ZHONGHE name, the ZH mark, the site text, and the product photographs belong to the factory.
Factual catalog data published for machines, including llms.txt, the Markdown twins, and the files under /ai/, may be quoted and reused with attribution to ZHONGHE and a link to ningboware.com. Product photographs may be used by an active customer for the models they buy. Everything else needs written permission.
Any other brand name mentioned on this site belongs to its owner and is used only to describe a component, a standard, or a market.
