Cartridge media are chosen from the filter media list, and all filter-media data come from the media supplier's reports, not from tests of a finished shower head. MOQ depends on the conditions: about 500 units for an existing model in a standard finish and standard packaging, about 1,000 for logo printing or a color change, about 2,000 for custom packaging, a custom color or a new filter configuration, and a new mold is quoted together with the mold. If price matters, tell us your target price for the shower head and for replacement cartridges, and we will propose a complete solution around it (not every target price can be met). SGS testing can be arranged to the buyer's requirements; items, conditions, cost and timing are confirmed per project, and a pass is not guaranteed.

Quality work can include incoming part checks, full water testing, leakage checks, O-ring inspection, flow testing for selected water-saving specifications, packaging checks, and final shipment review. Outgoing inspection samples each lot under GB/T 2828.1, with the AQL set to the customer's standard.
