How the RFQ form works

The RFQ form on this site does not send anything to a server. When you press send, the page collects what you typed, formats it as a plain text message, and opens your own email program with a draft addressed to [email protected]. Nothing leaves your computer until you send that email yourself, and you can edit or discard the draft first.

This means the website has no form database and no submission endpoint. ZHONGHE receives your enquiry the same way it receives any other email, in the sales mailbox at [email protected].

The catalog search box works the same way: filtering happens inside your browser and the words you type are never transmitted.

What ZHONGHE receives

When you send an RFQ email, ZHONGHE receives what you chose to put in it. The form prompts for name, company, email address, country or market, product category, estimated quantity, packaging requirement, and a free text message. You can delete any of these lines from the draft before sending.

  • Contact details you type, so a quotation can be sent back to you.
  • Project details you type, such as models, quantities, packaging, and target market.
  • Any files you attach yourself, for example a photo of a product you want matched to a model.
  • The email metadata your own mail provider adds, such as sending address and timestamp.

Why the data is used

Enquiry data is used to answer the enquiry: to check model availability, prepare a quotation, discuss packaging, materials, finishes, quality checks, and shipment, and to keep a record of what was quoted. It is not used to build marketing lists, and ZHONGHE does not send unsolicited bulk email to addresses collected this way.

Buyer names and private label programs are treated as confidential during project discussion. They are not published on this site or used as public references.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails and the quotations sent in reply are kept in the sales mailbox for as long as the commercial relationship or the follow-up is active, and afterwards for the period Chinese accounting and tax rules require for order and invoice records. Enquiries that never became an order are deleted on request at any time.

Who else can see it

ZHONGHE does not sell, rent, or trade enquiry data, and does not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Two ordinary technical parties are involved. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare processes the requests your browser makes and keeps short lived edge logs that can include your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser user agent. Email is handled by the mail provider used for the [email protected] mailbox. Both act as service providers, not as recipients of your project data in their own right.

Where a project needs a third party, for example a testing laboratory, a freight forwarder, or a customs broker, only the details that party needs are passed on, and only after the project is under way.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies. It stores nothing in your browser, runs no advertising or tracking scripts, and does not embed third party fonts, maps, videos, or social widgets. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from ningboware.com itself.

If ZHONGHE later adds traffic measurement, the intention is a cookie free product such as Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without identifying visitors. This page will be updated in the same change that switches it on, and it will name what is measured.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask what enquiry data ZHONGHE holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] with the subject line Privacy request and enough detail to find the correspondence, such as the company name and the approximate date. A reply is normally sent within 30 days.

Buyers in the EU and the UK: an enquiry is handled on the basis that you asked for a quotation and that answering it is in the legitimate interest of both sides. You can object to that processing at any time by asking for deletion.

Children

This is a business to business website for sourcing professionals. It is not directed at children and ZHONGHE does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this page

When the handling of enquiry data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. Material changes are described in plain language rather than folded silently into the text.
