How do I get a price? Is there a price list?
There is no public price list; every inquiry gets its own quotation. Send the model codes, the quantity per model, the destination market and the packaging you need. If price matters, tell us your target price for the shower head and for replacement cartridges, and we will propose a complete solution around it (not every target price can be met).
What is the minimum order quantity?
About 500 units for an existing model in a standard finish and standard packing; about 1,000 with a logo print or a color change; about 2,000 for custom packaging, custom colors or a new filter configuration; a new mold is quoted together with the mold. Orders below about 500 units are not accepted, and single pieces are not sold. For custom packaging the 2,000 is set mainly by the packaging supplier; it is not the MOQ of the shower head or cartridge itself.
Can I get samples, and what do they cost?
Samples are available at a sample charge; the cost, courier fee and timing are confirmed with our quotation. A sample of an existing catalog model comes from the sample room, while a sample in your color, filter media, logo or packaging has to be built and takes longer.
Can you make shower heads under our brand (OEM / private label)?
Yes. ZHONGHE works with OEM and ODM buyers and with brand owners on contract manufacturing and product development. Logos can be pad printed, silk screen printed, laser marked, molded in, applied as a label or printed on the packaging; colors are matched to a PANTONE number or your physical sample; packaging can be a retail color box, an e-commerce brown box, a blister or a bulk pack. The quantities follow the MOQ above.
What is the production lead time?
As references, not guarantees: appearance design about 15 days, structural design about 15 days, mold about 60 days, and mass production about 30 days once the specification is confirmed. An order for an existing model skips the design and mold stages.
Can we buy replacement cartridges on their own?
Yes. Replacement cartridges can be supplied on their own, without ordering shower heads with them. Quantities follow the MOQ tiers, and a new filter configuration starts at about 2,000 units.
Do you have third-party test reports for the filters?
The existing data is the filter-media supplier's third-party reports, for example SGS chlorine-reduction testing of activated carbon fiber under GB/T 5750.11-2023; these describe the media, not a finished shower head. SGS testing can be arranged to your requirements, with the items, conditions, cost and timing confirmed per project, and a pass is not guaranteed. For cartridge-only orders, testing follows your requirements, for example a chlorine-reduction target.
Can I have your catalog and product information?
The 2026 catalog is a 20-page PDF at https://www.ningboware.com/catalog/, and every catalog model has its own page. Per-model specifications (materials, connection, flow at a stated pressure, dimensions and packaging) will be published once ZHONGHE's ERP data is updated; until then they are confirmed in the quotation.
Are your products certified for my market (NSF, WRAS, WaterMark and similar)?
ZHONGHE does not claim that catalog models are NSF or WRAS approved. Product schemes certify a specific product built to a specific specification, so they are handled per project: tell us the destination market and the scheme, we confirm the materials and construction it implies, and testing is arranged with an accredited third-party laboratory at the sample stage. Final compliance decisions and label claims rest with you. The factory holds ISO 9001 certificate No. 02426Q00147R001 (valid on the issuer's lookup on 2026-10-14) and Intertek WCA Award F_IAR_224592_WCA.
Which model should we choose?
Tell us your market, sales channel, quantity, target price and the filter media or functions you need, and we recommend from the 96 catalog models; a photo of a product you like also works. If nothing in the catalog fits, the OEM/ODM route covers modified models and new development.
What materials and finishes do you use?
Bodies are injection-molded ABS; selected models have 304 stainless steel face plates; transparent handles and filter windows are PC; some faces have silicone nozzles. Chrome plating and painting are done by partner factories; molded-in colors come from masterbatch. Colors are matched to a PANTONE number or a physical sample. Per-model materials will be published with the ERP data.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer: Cixi Zhonghe Sanitary Ware Factory, founded in 2001 at No.3 Jiangxi Road, Cangbei Village, Changhe Town, Cixi, Zhejiang 315318, China. All 96 catalog models are produced in its own factory (injection molding, assembly, water testing and packing); chrome plating and painting are done by partner factories.
Will your shower heads fit our shower arms and hoses?
ZHONGHE's shower heads and hoses use G1/2 by default, which fits outside Japan without an adapter, including standard North American 1/2-inch shower arms. For older or non-standard fittings, send the faucet or hose model or a photo, and we confirm the connection before samples.
How are orders packed and shipped, and what are the payment terms?
Every unit is packed in ZHONGHE's own factory after its water test. Standard packaging goes with the about-500-unit tier; custom packaging (printed color box, brand artwork, inserts) starts at about 2,000 units, mainly because of the packaging supplier's minimum. Per-model package sizes, units per carton and carton weights will be published with the ERP data; until then they are sent with the quotation. Shipping ports are usually Shanghai or Ningbo, depending on the freight forwarder; the port and Incoterms are confirmed for the order. Payment is T/T with a 30% deposit, and the balance terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Can we visit the factory or see it on a video call?
Yes. Video factory tours are available, and buyers are welcome to visit the factory; contact us to arrange a time. The factory, in Changhe Town, Cixi, does its own injection molding, assembly, water testing and packing.
