B2B shower head buyers need more than product photos. ZHONGHE explains the checks used around parts, assembly, water testing, leakage, flow, and packaging.

Incoming partsVisual and dimensional review of key parts and supplied components.
Full water testEvery finished unit is water tested for about 10-20 seconds before packing, switching through every function (spray modes, pause) to check for leaks.
Leakage checkThe same water test normally runs at 0.5MPa. The spray face points downward, with water falling vertically, to help check the stop button and mode selector for leaks.
O-ring inspectionThe O-ring supplier performs 100% inspection using industrial cameras and AI image checks; these are supplier-side equipment, not ZHONGHE's factory equipment.
Flow testFlow can be tested under 0.3MPa factory conditions for selected water-saving specifications.
Packing checkPackaging, labels, quantity, and carton condition are reviewed before shipment.
Outgoing inspectionEach lot is sampled under GB/T 2828.1 (China's counterpart of ISO 2859-1) for appearance, sealing and pressure resistance; the AQL is set to the customer's standard.

Document codes are the factory's internal control numbers. Names and quantities in the inspection records are not published; document contents can be reviewed when a project is under discussion. The checks reduce leak risk; they do not guarantee that no unit will ever leak.
