Transparent tints: the filter range in color
The transparent handle of a filter shower head is molded in PC, and PC takes tint well. The ZH2092T-1 family is the clearest example: the same mold ships in clear, pink (-1P), blue (-1B) and orange (-1O), each showing the bead cartridge through the tinted handle and topped by a chrome multi-function head. ZH2087T and ZH2093T use a light blue tint, ZH2088T a pink one. A four-color private label range therefore needs one mold, four masterbatches and four packaging artworks.
Tinted transparency also hides minor bead discoloration better than clear, which some buyers prefer for long shelf lives.
Solid colors: kids and design ranges
Solid molded colors dominate the baby range: ZH2193W (pink), ZH2194W (yellow and orange), ZH2195W (yellow and green), ZH2197W (green), ZH2198W (dark blue and cream), ZH2199W (magenta). In the multifunctional range ZH2010W is lime green with dark grey and ZH2010B turquoise with black. Chrome collars and white face plates keep colored heads looking like bathroom hardware rather than toys.
