How ABS becomes chrome
A chrome shower head starts as an ABS molding on one of the factory's 15 injection machines. ABS is the standard substrate because its surface accepts electroplating and it keeps molded details crisp. The part is then plated, giving the mirror finish buyers expect in a bathroom. Salt spray testing is available for selected parts and finishes to check corrosion resistance, and selected models carry 304 stainless steel face plates where a metal spray face is wanted.
Plating adds process steps and some yield loss, so a chrome head costs more than the same mold in molded-in white or transparent color, and less than a multi-color painted finish. That order of cost is worth remembering when building a range.
Chrome across the catalog
Almost every multifunctional model ships in chrome: ZH2019AC, ZH2019BC and ZH2020C with wide face plates and selectors, ZH2256C and ZH2257C with white face plates and stop buttons, ZH2115C, ZH2117C, ZH2136C and ZH2203C with grey or blue nozzle rings. Transparent filter models use chrome bezels and collar rings against clear handles. Interlocked hoses ZHSH0001 and ZHSH0013 and the whole holder range are chrome, so a full set matches.
Chrome variants of white models are common: ZH2120C and ZH2120W, ZH2126C and ZH2126W, ZH2136C and ZH2136W, ZH2257C and ZH2257W share molds and differ by finish.

State the models, whether hoses and holders should match, the logo method, the thread standard for the destination market, and the packaging. If the market needs a corrosion test report, ask for salt spray testing on the plated parts in the RFQ. Existing molds ship after about 30 days of production as a guide.
