What separates one handheld shower head from another
All hand showers share a handle, a head, an inlet thread and a spray face, so the differences are in five decisions: whether the handle carries a filter cartridge, how many spray modes the face has and how they are switched, whether there is a stop or pause button, the material and finish, and the head size and shape. The factory injection-molds bodies in ABS on 15 machines, molds transparent handles in PC, plates or paints the finish, assembles on 4 production lines, and water-tests every finished unit for about 10-15 seconds before packing. That route has been running since 2001 in Cixi, Ningbo.
The main handheld families
Filter hand showers (28 models) have transparent handles with replaceable cartridges, such as the ZH2087T and ZH2092T families. Multifunctional hand showers (50 models) are chrome, white or matte finished heads with spray-mode selectors, such as ZH2019BC, ZH2256C and ZH2257. Baby, pet and hair models (23 listings) are compact heads with soft silicone bristles or cartoon shapes, such as ZH2982 and ZH2193W. ZH2078T is the LED model.
