Two Ways to Reach a Product: Variant or New Mold

For a private-label aromatherapy shower head, the route decision comes first, because it sets both the budget and the calendar. A variant on an existing cartridge-capable mold changes media, artwork, and packaging while leaving tooling untouched, so the only time cost is sampling and confirmation. This is how most buyers should test the category.
