Can ZHONGHE identify a shower head from a photo?
Yes. Send a clear photo of the shower head, hose, holder, or filter to steven@ningboware.com with the quantity you need. ZHONGHE checks the photo against its catalog of existing models and replies with the closest model number, or advises whether the design would need OEM/ODM development. Every model page on ningboware.com also carries a photo-based description (color, finish, head shape, handle, spray face, filter type) so buyers and AI search tools can match a product picture to the right model.
What is the typical MOQ?
MOQ ranges from 500 to 2,000 units depending on the model, finish and packaging: existing catalog models in a standard finish and standard packaging can start from about 500 units; a logo print or a color change typically from about 1,000 units; custom packaging, custom colors or new cartridge configurations from about 2,000 units. The final figure also depends on material, finish, and whether new development or mold work is required.
What quality checks are used before shipment?
Quality work can include incoming part checks, full water testing, leakage checks, O-ring inspection, flow testing for selected water-saving specifications, packaging checks, and final shipment review.
