## 先看现有的能不能改

最快的定制花洒，是在现有模具上做改动。ZHONGHE 有 10 个类目共 96 套模具，每个型号的页面都把照片描述得很细，买家发来的参考图可以先和这些形状比一遍。找到最接近的那一款之后，颜色、手柄色调、电镀或喷涂、滤芯滤料、面板颜色和按钮颜色都可以改，不用动模具；logo 走移印或丝印、电镀件激光打标，或者放在包装上。确认之后量产周期参考约 30 天。

在现有设计上做结构改动也可以，比如把旋转切换改成按压切换、加一个止水阀、换进水螺纹。这类改动由工厂自己做工程设计，涉及的局部模具改动会一起算进报价，周期比开新模短得多。要不要走这一层，通常看这个改动是不是买家真正的卖点：只是外观上的差别，第二层就够了；如果渠道对切换方式或者接口有硬性要求，那就值得改。

## 什么时候值得开新模

需要一个市场上没见过的外观，或者现有模具给不了的结构时，新模具才是对的答案。工厂分阶段做：外观设计约 15 天，内部结构设计约 15 天（水路、切换机构、密封、装配、余水排出），3D 打印样品，开模约 60 天，试模样品，然后量产约 30 天。这些都是参考周期，复杂度不同会有出入，样品确认的快慢也会直接影响整体时间。

模具是一笔固定成本，摊在这套模具做出来的所有产品上，所以量越大，单件里的模具成本越低；反过来，量不大的时候开模很难算得过来。常见的做法是先用现有模具把产品线跑起来，等某一款稳定出量、确定长期做下去，再把新模具留给旗舰款。开新模的报价会把模具费和单价分开列，方便买家自己算摊销。开模之前最好先想清楚这个外观能卖多久，一套模具的价值是靠时间摊出来的。

## 定制询价要发什么

发一个参考（图纸、3D 文件、照片或者实物样品），要改的地方，目标市场和螺纹标准，数量，表面处理和颜色，需要的话再加上滤芯滤料，最后是包装形式和目标价格区间。信息越全，报价越接近最终结果。工厂会回复这个项目落在哪一个定制层次，有对应产品时指出最接近的现有型号，并给出带周期的报价。如果目标市场对螺纹或者流量有明确要求，也一并写进来，这会直接影响选型和配件。
