## 花洒上的四条表面处理路线

镀铬是默认选项。它给出零售买家在手持花洒上期待的那种亮金属外观，好擦，也是 96 个目录代码里大多数型号所用的表面。喷涂用在哑光黑、白色和彩色本体上，能做出电镀做不出的柔和哑光面。色母粒本色完全没有涂层，所以没有东西会掉漆或者起皮，儿童、宠物型号和透明件走的就是这条路。拉丝镍、金色、玫瑰金和枪灰效果是第四条路线，按项目报价。

这四条路线不能互换。以色母粒存在的一个颜色，未必存在一款经得起同样搬运的喷漆；同一个型号的电镀件和喷涂件并排放，也不会读成同一个色调。如果一个系列要在不同表面之间保持一致，请在询价阶段就说，不要等到样品阶段。

## 决定一个表面好不好看的因素

第一位是注塑质量。分型面上的飞边、加强筋背面的缩水、可见面上横过来的一条熔接痕，镀完铬只会更明显，不会更淡，因为亮面会把表面的每一处起伏都反射出来。所以表面规格其实是从注塑那一页开始写的，不是从电镀工序开始写的。

第二位是几何形状。深槽、内直角和槽的内侧，镀层都比开阔的外表面薄，所以细节很深的设计要么给凹处留出判定余地，要么改设计。第三位是参照物：一份双方各留一件的实物签字封样，决定颜色和光泽。潘通号只是起点，因为同一个号在哑光喷涂面和亮电镀面上读出来的效果并不一样。

## 表面测试，以及测试不能承诺什么

部分表面做盐雾测试，小时数和判定用语要写进规格书，不要写成一句宣传语。盐雾结果描述的是一个样件在规定试验条件下的表现，它不是浴室里的质保，也不覆盖研磨性清洁用品和酸性除垢剂造成的损伤。附着力和外观在整个批次里按签字封样检查。

## 询价单里怎么写清楚一个表面

写清六件事：型号，表面路线（电镀、喷涂、色母粒本色、拉丝或者 PVD 效果），颜色参照（潘通号，尽量再加一件实物样），光泽度，哪些面是外观面、哪些是隐藏面，以及这个表面要通过的测试连同标准和判定标准。

反过来要问工厂：能不能做一件同型号同颜色的成品样，这个表面会给量产加多少周期，按颜色而不是按整单的起订量是多少，以及批次过程中工厂检什么。要注意，非标表面通常会同时抬高起订量和周期，因为要为它单独排一次生产。

## 花洒电镀与表面处理：买家常见问题

### 大多数花洒用什么表面？

ABS 上镀铬。它给出大多数零售系列期待的亮金属外观，好擦，也是 ZHONGHE 96 个目录代码里大多数型号的表面。喷涂哑光黑和白色、色母粒本色，以及拉丝和 PVD 效果，是另外三条路线。

### 花洒上的哑光黑喷涂耐用吗？

喷涂哑光面是一层涂层，所以它会被百洁布和强力除垢剂划伤，而色母粒本色不会。请把随箱的清洁说明写进规格，并在量产前确认一件实物样。

### ZHONGHE 能不能做指定颜色？

发一个潘通号，能给实物样最好。批次是按确认后的封样来检的，因为同一个号在哑光喷涂件和亮电镀件上读出来的效果不一样。

### 你们做盐雾测试吗？
