## 新开一副花洒模具到底包含什么

手持花洒不是一个注塑件，所以新开模具通常是一整套模具：面盖、水腔、手柄两半、过滤型号上的滤芯腔、接头螺母，以及按钮或者拨杆件。小零件常常合成一副家族模一起跑；大件或者外观要求高的零件单独开一副，好把表面控制住。哪些零件共用一副模具是一个成本决定，它应该写在报价单里，而不是变成后面的一次意外。

这就是为什么一款新产品的报价读起来是一张清单而不是一个数字，也是为什么改现有模具便宜那么多：它动的是一个镶件，不是一整套模具。

## 流程，一步一步走

外观设计在最前面，约 15 天：形状、比例、出水面排布、按钮放在哪里、产品在货架上怎么读。这一步用 3D 打印样确认，因为屏幕上好看的形状，拿在手里可能是错的。

接着是内部结构设计，约 15 天：水路、腔体容积、密封点、壁厚、加强筋、卡扣，以及软管端的螺纹。这一步决定这个产品能不能被稳定地注塑出来，也决定它在产线末端能不能通过通水测试。

开模约 60 天。切钢、装模，然后打出第一批试模件。这些件要测量、装成一支能用的整机，模具随之调整，等几何形状定下来之后再做表面纹理或者抛光。到这时候试产才有意义；模具确认之后，首批量产约 30 天。

## 改一副现有模具这条路

因为 ZHONGHE 目录背后的模具是自己的，很多 OEM 项目根本不需要新开模具。一个标志镶件、一块换掉的出水面盖、一个不同的滤芯腔、一次换色或者一版新包装，都可以在活模上做掉，这样项目还留在 OEM 的周期和成本里，起订量维持在约 2,000 件。

改模走不通的情况是结构性的改动：整体尺寸变了、水路变了、安装方式变了或者机构变了。到这一步，诚实的答案就是新开一副模具，而付这笔钱买到的是别人订不到的产品。如果不确定自己属于哪一种，把参考照片或者图纸发过来，问一句现有哪副模具最接近、要改什么。

## 归属、保管，以及要写下来的条款

切钢之前有四点要写进报价单：项目结束时模具归谁，模具费是一次性收还是按件摊销，模具保管和维护多久，以及买家把生产转到别处时怎么处理。ZHONGHE 把这些条款写进项目报价单。

模具寿命按项目报，不写成一个标题数字，因为它取决于材料、零件本身和模具怎么跑。除了寿命数字，也要问保养间隔：按周期清洗保养的模具，表面质量能保持得久很多。
