## 注塑车间跑什么

15 台注塑机做出每一个目录型号的塑料件。ABS 是本体、面盖和手柄的标准材料：它上铬效果好，能吃住细节，还能让一支手持花洒保持轻手。要透明又要有韧性的地方用 PC，所以滤芯腔和透明手柄都是 PC 注塑的。这两种料都吸潮，注塑前要先烘干；料没烘干，成品上就会出现料花和发脆的熔接线。

彩色型号的颜色来自混进原料里的色母粒，所以颜色是穿透整个零件的，不是浮在表面的。这就是儿童、宠物和透明型号能保住颜色的原因，换成涂层早就磕掉了。电镀和喷涂是注塑之后的表面处理路线，写在表面处理那一页。

## 一支手持花洒里的零件族

手持花洒看起来是一个物件，实际上通常是七个以上的注塑件：带出水孔的面盖，面盖后面的水腔，两半本体或者手柄，过滤型号上的滤芯腔，软管端的接头螺母，以及多功能和止水型号上的按钮、拨杆或者开关件。每一个对模具的要求都不一样。面盖要的是出水孔几何形状的一致，因为买家摸到的水感就是它。水腔要的是密封处一条干净的熔接线。手柄要的是壁厚，壁和加强筋交接的地方不能缩。

防堵型号上的软胶出水孔是单独的一个软质零件，不是 ABS 注塑本身的功能，材料按型号确认。滤料、O 型圈和软管是外购件，不是注塑件，它们走自己的检验路线，检完才上装配线。

## 周期、公差，以及真正要盯的缺陷

花洒零件的成型周期主要由壁厚和冷却决定，不是由机器吨位决定。厚的手柄半壳冷得慢，整副模具的节拍就被它定住；薄的面盖跑得快，但流痕出现得更早。所以开模之前的一次设计评审，比事后砍价值钱得多：在图纸上改一个壁厚不花钱，模具切完再改就是一次改模。

尺寸公差按零件和图纸确认。没有图纸也能拿来约束工厂的，是缺陷清单：缺料、分型面飞边、加强筋和柱位背面的缩水、看得见的熔接痕、两半合不拢的变形，以及和封样比出来的色差。这些在首件上检一遍，量产过程中再检一遍；在电镀型号上要检两遍，因为电镀会把注塑痕迹放大，而不是盖住。

回料用不用、用多少比例，按项目约定。整个批次的参照物是双方签字确认的颜色和外观封样。

## 注塑询价要写清楚什么

发型号或者参考照片，加上分颜色的数量、材料偏好（如果有）、颜色参照（潘通号或者实物样）、表面处理，以及产品最终销往哪个市场。如果是你自己的设计，附上 3D 文件，并且说明哪些尺寸是功能尺寸、哪些是外观尺寸。

反过来要问工厂：现有哪一副模具离你的产品最近，要改什么，这个改动是改镶件还是要新开一副模具，样品周期多久，你这个数量的量产周期多久。用现有模具，量产的参考周期约 30 天；新开模具还要再加外观设计约 15 天、结构设计约 15 天、开模约 60 天。

### 工厂能不能注塑定制颜色？
