## 生产线上发生什么

注塑件、O 型圈、滤料、滤芯、软管和螺母作为检过的零部件送到线上。工人按固定顺序装：先放密封件，合水腔，装面盖，装拨杆或者按钮，过滤型号装滤芯，最后装接头螺母。顺序很重要，因为手持花洒上大部分漏水不是零件坏了，而是一枚密封圈被压偏了或者漏装了。

4 条线并行跑，这是全厂年产能能写到 300 万件以上的原因。每一条线的末端都是通水测试，所以一件产品没过水，就到不了包装台。

## 100% 通水测试，它能证明什么

每一件成品都要接上水跑约 10 到 15 秒。在这段时间里，操作工能看到这件产品在密封处或者螺母处漏不漏，出水面是不是全开，拨杆是不是真的换得了水型，止水按钮按不按得住。没过的产品退回返修或者报废，不进纸箱。

有必要把这道测试能做什么、不能做什么讲清楚。它在每一件产品上抓装配缺陷，而市场上的抱怨大多来自装配缺陷。它不是寿命试验，不是压力等级，也不能替代下面的抽检项目。一家用秒和兆帕来描述测试的工厂，说的是可以核对的事；一家用「严格品控」四个字来描述测试的工厂，说的不是。

## 围绕 100% 测试的抽检项目

部分工序做 0.5MPa 检漏，这个压力高于一般家用供水压力，用来找出在工作压力下不漏、但没有余量的密封。部分规格在 0.3MPa 下测流量，流量数字永远应该带着这个压力一起报；一个不带压力的升每分钟或者加仑每分钟数字，在不同供应商之间没法比较。

O 型圈在到货之前就在供应商处做 100% 相机检验，因为变形或者尺寸偏小的 O 型圈是慢漏最常见的单一原因，在零部件批次里抓出来，比在成品上抓出来便宜太多。部分表面做盐雾测试。封箱之前，在包装台上核对纸箱、标签、附件袋和数量。

## 验厂或者第三方验货能看到什么

正常生产日来访的人，可以看注塑车间，跟着零件走到产线，站在通水测试工位旁边，再看包装台。也请一并要求看返修区：一家工厂怎么处理没过的产品，比它怎么处理过了的产品更能说明问题。

第三方验货机构在出货前是欢迎的，完整的第三方验厂按项目安排。不方便出差的买家，同一条路线可以在实时视频里走一遍。ZHONGHE 不做的事是宣称一份拿不出来的证书；认证选项和测试报告按项目安排，并写进报价单。

## 花洒装配与通水测试：买家常见问题

### ZHONGHE 每一件花洒都做通水测试吗？

是。每一件成品在装箱前都接上水跑约 10 到 15 秒，逐件检查密封、出水面、拨杆和止水按钮。

### 检漏和流量测试的压力是多少？

部分工序的检漏在 0.5MPa 下做，部分规格的流量在 0.3MPa 下测。向任何供应商问流量的时候，都要问清楚背后的压力，否则数字之间没法比较。

### 为什么 O 型圈要单独检？

变形或者尺寸偏小的 O 型圈是慢漏最常见的原因，在零部件批次里抓出来，比在成品上抓出来便宜太多。O 型圈在供应商处 100% 相机检验之后才送到装配线。

### 出货前能不能派第三方验货？

可以。第三方验货机构在出货前是欢迎的，范围更大的第三方验厂按项目安排。请把验货员会用的标准和抽样方案提前告诉工厂。

### 包装环节检查什么？

纸箱和标签对确认过的图稿，附件袋，每箱数量，以及外箱唛头。包装细节要在量产前写进规格，而不是在装箱之后再发消息。
