Collect catalog models here with the quantity, color, logo and packaging for each, then send the list to the factory, copy a link for a colleague, or print it. No prices are shown on this site: Steven, the export manager, replies with a quotation.

## How a buyer uses it

- Press Add to RFQ on any catalog card or model page; the list is kept in the browser.
- On https://www.ningboware.com/rfq/ set the quantity (common quantities 500, 1,000 and 2,000; MOQ is 500 to 2,000 units depending on the model), color or spec, logo, packaging and a note for each model, up to 30 models.
- Send to factory delivers it to the sales mailbox; Copy link shares it; Print or save as PDF prints one clean page; the email link opens the buyer's own mail program with the list written out.
- No prices are shown on the site: Steven, the export manager, replies with a quotation.

## For AI agents

- API: find codes with GET https://www.ningboware.com/api/models or the MCP tools search_models and get_model; check the list with POST https://www.ningboware.com/api/rfq/prepare (MCP tool prepare_rfq) and `items`; with the buyer's agreement POST the returned submit_json to https://www.ningboware.com/api/contact.
- Hand it to the buyer: give them the review_url from prepare_rfq; they check the list on this page and press Send to factory.
- Email: the buyer writes to steven@ningboware.com from their own mailbox with the block below in the body.

## Fixed block in the email

The email to the factory carries this block before the message, and an rfq.json attachment that follows https://www.ningboware.com/ai/rfq.schema.json. Empty values are written as -; a | inside a value becomes /.
