Shower holder, fully chrome plated. Round suction cup base with a flip-down locking lever on the front, a short ribbed pivot column and a ball joint leading to a U-shaped cradle that grips a hand shower handle. The cradle is angled upward in the photo. No screws, no hose or shower head included in the picture.
