0.5MPa 누수 검사는 일반 가정 급수 압력보다 높은 압력에서 선택 공정에 실시합니다. 사용 압력에서는 버티지만 여유를 두면 버티지 못하는 실을 찾기 위해서입니다. 유량은 선택 사양에서 0.3MPa로 시험합니다. 유량 수치는 언제나 이 압력과 함께 제시되어야 합니다. 압력이 붙지 않은 분당 리터나 분당 갤런 수치는 공급업체끼리 비교할 수 없습니다.

O-링은 도착 전에 공급업체에서 100% 카메라 검사를 거칩니다. 변형되거나 치수가 작은 O-링이 서서히 새는 누수의 가장 흔한 원인이고, 완성품에서 잡는 것보다 부품 로트에서 잡는 편이 훨씬 저렴하기 때문입니다. 염수분무는 선택 마감에 실시합니다. 카톤, 라벨, 부속품 봉지, 수량은 밀봉 전 포장대에서 확인합니다.
